Taiga Gold Corp est une société d'exploration junior axée sur la recherche de minéralisation aurifère économique dans le nord de la Saskatchewan. Les projets de la société sont situés près de Seabee Gold Operation, avec son «projet phare Fisher actuellement sous option à SSR Mining Inc., exploitants des mines Seabea et Santoy. Taïga continue d'explorer agressivement ses propriétés supplémentaires dans la région et mène des recherches actives pour identifier de nouvelles acquisitions. Taiga a été créée en avril 2018 dans le cadre d'un plan d'arrangement avec la société mère, Eagle Plains Resources Ltd.

Taiga Gold Corp. has closed the previously announced transaction with SSR Mining Inc. pursuant to a plan of arrangement.
Pursuant to the arrangement, shareholders of Taiga are entitled to receive 26.5 cents for each common share held as of April 14, 2022, the effective time of the arrangement.
Taiga Gold Corp. will be delisted at market close on April 18, 2022.
