Bunker Hill Mining Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for each ten (10) pre-consolidation common shares.  Any fraction of a share will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 4,151,396

The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on May 23, 2019.

The name and symbol will not change.

Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business on May 22, 2019. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.

Bunker Hill Mining Corp. a annoncé la consolidation de son capital-actions émis et en circulation sur la base d'une (1) action post-consolidation pour chaque dix (10) actions ordinaires antérieures à la consolidation. Toute fraction d’action sera arrondie au nombre entier le plus proche.

En conséquence, les actions en circulation de la société seront ramenées à environ 4 151 396

Les actions commenceront à être négociées sur une base consolidée et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 23 mai 2019.

Le nom et le symbole ne changeront pas.
