Global Hemp Group Inc. announced a Rights Offering to holders of its common shares in Canada at the close of business on the record date of August 4, 2020. Each holder of common shares on the record date who resides in an Eligible Jurisdiction will receive one (1) Right for every three (3) Common Shares held as at the record date upon payment of the subscription price of $0.02 per Common shares.
