At the request of the company the common shares of Loma Vista Capital Inc. will be delisted at the market close today, May 12, 2015. 

Loma Vista has completed its recently announced amalgamation with BitGold Inc. 

BitGold Inc. (XAU) will begin trading on the TSXV tomorrow.
