Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Gener8 Media Corp. have been approved for listing. Gener8 Media is the resulting issuer of a reverse takeover transaction with Delon Resources Corp.(DLN)

Gener8 provides 3D technology and cloud-based data management software to the entertainment industry. As an industry leader in 3D stereo conversion, Gener8 has many high profile credits including The Amazing Spider-Man, Ghost Rider 2 and Harry Potter. Gener8’s head office is located in Vancouver, British Columbia and has approximately 140 employees across both divisions.

It is anticipated that the shares of Gener8 Media Corp. will begin trading on Tuesday, April 30, 2013.
